This is the announcement of practice on March 12, 2016.

Title: The depopulation of Japanese and the aging problem in our society
Date: March 12, 2016
Genre: Discussion
Facilitator: Hideyuki Tanaka
Note: I am worried about the declining population in Japan.
This time we will discuss and focus on the aging problem in our country, which is unavoidable.
Procedure
1. Make some groups.
2. Express and discuss each members’ own opinion in your group.
The first subject: What do you think about the aging problem in Japan?
The second subject: What is your plan to cope up with the aging problem in Japan?
3. Summarize and announce the notable opinion of your own group
I hope that we would feel glad to have been born Japanese.

I'd like to inform you all about the practice of March 19th.
Date: March 19th at Hitomachi, from 18:00.
Genre: Discussion (with a short time presentation)
Title: Who is a good leader?
Description and Procedure:
1. First I'd like to introduce some leadership theories in the field of social psychology and business management.
2. Make 5 or 6 groups.
3. Discuss the topic of leadership according to AGENDA.
I hope you do not attack personally in this discussion.
(Examples of the contents of AGENDA)
a. Who do you think is a good leader (socially)? For example, Obama, Shokatsu Koumei, etc.
b. Why do you think that person is a good leader?
c. What is the important points for being a good leader? In the fields of business management, politician, sports team, ESS, etc.
d. Difference between good leader's points between business/political leader and ESS leader?
4. Announce your group's good idea of leadership to all members.
I hope to experience a good and interesting discussion.
