Have you ever been in charge of staff in Kyoto NHK-ESS? Do you want to try it? Let’s talk and discuss about that.

Make some groups which consist of previous leader, previous staffs and unexperienced people.

I will give one sheet to each table. Please write down your name on the suitable line.

Please introduce your job briefly when you were staff.
Question for unexperienced persons: Which role will you choose if you are in charge of staff? Why?
Question for present staffs: Which role will you choose if you are in charge of staff again? Why?

Some staffs became burnout syndrome(燃え尽き症候群). They had been so active. How do you prevent this situation? Please discuss about that.
