7月12日後半プラクティス

Dear Kyoto NHK ESS members,
This is the announcement of the latter half practice on July 12.
☆Title:
"Washoku (和食) the traditional Japanese cuisine" Celebrating the 10th anniversary of Washoku's inciusion in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list, the special exhibition of Washoku(traditional Japanese cuisine) was held in the Museum of Kyoto. Let me introduce the content briefly and discuss the reason why it is attracting and increasing attention around the world.
☆Procedures:
1 Make some groups.
2 Warm-up quizzes about vegetables
3 Watch video "Washoku the traditional dietary cultures of the Japanese" and fill in the blanks.
4 Exchange your comments in your groups.
(1)When you hear Washoku, what comes to your mind first?
(2)What your favorite Washoku and why?
If you have a special episode about it, please share with your group members.
(3)What’s do you think are the characteristic points of Washoku?
(4)Before Washoku, four other culinary heritages had been registered. Do you know what are they?
(5)Share your ideas on the future of Washoku. Hoping you'll enjoy my practice!
